• One factor to consider in choosing a job abroad is the language issues. Is the job you have chosen needs to speak a certain kind of language? Would the kind of job you choose needs you to speak often and so you need to study the language? The employee at last had the basic communication skills to communicate her ideas.

• In choosing a job abroad, consider the credibility of the company that hired you.
