Exchange program abroad is a good way to explore new culture from the other countries. It could be easy, hard, hazardous and challenging. Flexibility. As I mentioned above, participants who come and join the program should have those characteristics, which is in short flexible. Why flexible? Since participants will be segregated in various locations, staying with their different foster parents.
