The vital way for a successful business arena is learning another culture for some scholars, business leaders and policy makers have been argued by the globalizing trends given, the advance in communications and a growing rapidly economies in Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. There is a general agreement today that the fast changing economies worldwide next to the rise of outside major commercial centers in U.S and Europe have been shifted the motivation of business studies progressively more towards the international affairs and global economy. One key competency for potential employees is the capability to understand across cultures with keen knowledge on how businesses work. A mostly student of the U.S colleges and university participates for the study abroad program every year because of a skill great demand.
The Marshall School of Business and USC commits in providing students with some opportunities to grow the international exposure and learning through summer-internship program, exchange programs, course work, experiential short-term programs and involvement. Nowadays, institutions of some higher learning are devoting to increase expertise and resources regarding leaders educating for tomorrow’s business arena on the international complexities.
The International Exchange Program for undergraduate of Marshall School of Business gives the students the chance to broaden their experience to the practices, business theories and international community concerns by immersing their self within the foreign tradition. Students in this program are engaged into meeting new people, different culture from another country and a chance of learning a new perspectives and capture in the exciting new surroundings. Students in the International Exchange Program will able to accomplish their requirement on the senior business concentration in studying abroad on a top business school in Australia, Southeast Asia and Europe. The exchange students will be able to spend a year or a semester studying in the top business program while staying in the one of the best proactive and dynamic cities worldwide.
In doing so, students at Marshall after the program is will learn analytical thinking and develop creatively the skills for success. The more they are motivated and confident enough for other challenges.
